Way of working
Our way of working is designed to make packaging projects predictable,
transparent and technically safe. We guide each file through a controlled process — from the first brief to final archive — so that the client always understands the status, risks and next steps.

This approach is especially important for FMCG packaging, where deadlines are tight, SKUs are numerous and production mistakes can be expensive. By combining clear communication with strong technical control, we help clients move from design approval to print production with confidence.

  • Brief + Files
Every project begins with a clear brief from a Customer and the collection of all necessary materials: artwork files, brand guidelines, dielines, technical specifications, print standards, previous references
    and supplier requirements.
At this stage, we clarify the expected result, printing technology, packaging format, substrate, finishing effects and approval process. A complete and accurate brief helps us avoid misunderstandings
and build the right technical route from the beginning.
  • Preflight & Risk Check
Before production starts, we perform a detailed preflight and risk check. We review file structure, fonts, images, color spaces, technical layers, dielines, trapping requirements
    and print limitations.
The goal of this stage is to identify potential problems before they reach the press. We highlight technical risks, suggest corrections and agree on the best solution with the client or production partner.
  • Production & QA
After approval of the technical route, we prepare the production files: separations, trapping, color adjustments, repro files and all required output materials.
    Each file is checked
according to internal quality standards before delivery.
Our QA process ensures that the final files are complete, technically correct and aligned with the printing method. This reduces the number of iterations and supports a smoother transition from prepress
    to production.
  • Delivery & Archive
Final files are delivered in the agreed format, with clear naming, version control and all necessary technical materials. We make sure that the printer receives a complete and understandable file package.
After delivery, project materials are archived for future use. This allows us to quickly support repeat orders, packaging updates, SKU extensions and adaptations for new markets.
  • Post-Print Analysis
After production, we can analyze the printed result and compare it with the approved target. This includes color evaluation, print quality review, registration issues, finishing effects and possible deviations from the expected result.
Post-print analysis helps improve future production runs and build a stronger knowledge base for each brand or product line. It is an important step for continuous improvement, especially for repeat packaging, multi-SKU projects and long-term client programs.
